Neohio SCCA will hold its seventh and final Solo points event on October 22!

UPDATE: Get into the spirit of Halloween! We’ll be holding a contest for best decorated car, so get creative! Three cars with the best “costumes” will win a prize and be featured on our website and social media. Drivers don’t need to wear costumes, but we won’t stop you. Safety is still number one, so try to make sure your decorations won’t become obstacles on the course.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to the location of this venue, there is a possibility of noise complaints from the adjacent apartment complex. We want to be respectful and considerate of our neighbors. During tech and during the event all cars will be observed for sound limits, 100 decibels measured at approximately 75 feet. If you exceed the limit, you will be given the chance to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved, unfortunately we will not allow you to continue running.

Please, no open headers, and at the very least your car should have mufflers. If you think your car is at risk, do what you can to resolve it either before the event or come prepared to fix it in the paddock.

If it is determined that you cannot run, we will work with you on a refund or credit towards another event. Finding (and keeping) good pavement is no easy task; we don’t want to jeopardize our relationship with the city. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Schedule

7:30AM Paddock opens.
8:15AM – 9:15AM Registration & Tech.
9:30AM Course walk. Required for novice drivers.
10:00AM Driver’s Meeting and Worker Assignments.
10:30AM First car on course for Heat 1.
After final run, Heat 1 Break for lunch, 30-60 minutes.
After lunch First car on course for Heat 2.
After final run, Heat 2 Course breakdown, awards and announcements at trailer, dismissal.

Please note: Due to the size of this lot, we are limiting entry to 50 participants. We encourage you to pre-register to reserve your spot. You can pre-register and pay the day of the event. Credit cards will be accepted at the event site.

The prices listed include an additional $5.00 fee for those registering the day of the event at the trailer.

The non-member fee includes a mandatory SCCA Temporary Weekend Membership. There will be a form available at registration to fill out for this temporary membership (usually under the tent by the trailer). In order to expedite the registration process, please fill out the form at the tent prior to registering at the trailer. A NEOHIO Region Solo Committee member will be at the membership table to help you fill this out.

Important Information

  • Pre-registration is strongly encouraged! It saves you money and us time. When pre-registering online, you can choose to pay at the event without incurring the additional $5.00 fee.
  • All participants need to bring their valid, state-issued driver’s license to check-in/registration. SCCA members need to bring their membership card.
  • Your car number and class must be displayed clearly on both sides of the vehicle.
  • Event is held rain or shine, with exception to dangerous weather conditions such as thunderstorms or tornadoes. Dress appropriately.
