Poetry has made a resurgence in popularity of late, so we thought we’d try our hand at using it to deliver news. Without further ado, here’s a limerick for the 2021 Tire Rack SCCA National Solo crowd concerning contingency:
Here’s a story ‘bout autocross
SCCA Solo the best for us
But if you race there
You better read here
Or no contingency got
Don’t complain to us
Okay, maybe we should stick to AP style when delivering news.
We’re here to introduce the 2021 Tire Rack SCCA Solo Championship Tour, Tire Rack ProSolo and CAM Challenge Series contingency sponsorship offerings. The wonderful and valued group of corporate partners who have stepped up to support Solo participants includes automakers, tire manufacturers, brake manufactures and other companies that make and sell motorsports-related equipment.
A full rundown of contingencies can be viewed at the Solo Contingency Webpage. Many opportunities require pre-registration with SCCA and/or with the sponsoring company. Details and instructions to register for each of these programs are available at the SCCA Solo contingency webpage. It is the responsibility of each competitor to make sure they are in compliance with each program for which they would like to enroll.
