It’s no secret that the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) and the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) go hand in hand. While the official partnership was only formalized in 2020, the relationship between the two motorsports sanctioning bodies spans decades, with SCCA volunteers tirelessly working IMSA races throughout each season to ensure the highest level of professional racing. On track, drivers who came up through the SCCA Road Racing program have also risen to the top of the IMSA field, scoring podiums and championships along the way.
