Tracing its roots back to an SCCA National rally from the 1950s, this historic event returns as an absolute straightforward, gimmick-free, Time-Speed-Distance (TSD) road rally with an emphasis on precise timing at well-placed controls.
Here is what you need to know:
The Route: A scenic ~140-mile journey through the hills of Ohio’s Tuscarawas and surrounding counties, perfectly timed for near-peak fall foliage.
The Format: Columnar “tulip” style route instructions with Official Mileages for all action points, similar to a stage rally routebook.
Beginner Friendly Features: To help teams with limited timekeeping experience stay on scheduleāand avoid “double jeopardy” penaltiesāparenthetical perfect cumulative leg times will be provided at all speed change locations.
Championship Points: This event counts toward both the SCCA Great Lakes Division (GLD) Rally Championship and the SCCA National Touring Rally (NTR) Championship (Divisional Rally).
