It’s a Runoffs Sunday on CBS Sports Network this Weekend

Call dibs on the big TV, reheat some leftover turkey and get ready for an exciting Sunday of SCCA® Runoffs® racing on CBS Sports Network! Commencing four consecutive Sundays of 2020 National Championship action, it’s Spec Miata (SM) and Spec Racer Ford Gen3 (SRF3) that will see national airtime this weekend.

Spec Miata’s race from Road America, which featured 77 drivers and the hairy thrills that have become a staple of SM competition, will air Sunday, Nov. 29, at 3 p.m. Eastern with an encore showing at 9 p.m. Eastern. The 53-car SRF3 event, peppered with high-speed strategy and daring decisions, will air directly after with the first showing Sunday, Nov. 29, at 4 p.m. Eastern and an encore presentation beginning at 10 p.m. Eastern.

Select National Championship races will be broadcast this year in November and December. The broadcast exposure offers Sports Car Club of America® the chance to share its exhilarating brand of championship road racing to millions while also showcasing accessibility to motorsports. Each separate race, captured by Apex Broadcast for the 12th year in-a-row, will be 60 minutes in length and include commentary from motorsports broadcasting icon Bob Varsha, as well as Runoffs stalwarts Ryan Myrehn, Tom O’Gorman and Larry MacLeod, with Heyward Wagner again providing coverage from pit lane. All broadcast times are Eastern, and the schedule is subject to change. Check your cable or satellite TV provider for local CBS Sports Network channels.
