December 20, 2022
Beginning Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2022, at 3 p.m. CST, the 2023 ProSolo SuperPass will go on sale. Only 185 of these special passes will be available, and the price this year is $110 – which isn’t a whole lot considering the benefits that come with having a SuperPass.
One slick new benefit SuperPass holders will have in 2023 is a payout boost for Challenge winners during the Tire Rack SCCA ProSolo Series. Drivers who triumph in a Super Challenge, Ladies Challenge, or Bonus Challenge will double their winning payout if they possess a SuperPass. As an example: Super Challenge winners usually receive $300, but SuperPass holders will earn $600 in 2023.
Another benefit to the SuperPass is a $20 ProSolo entry discount bestowed upon those holding a SuperPass. That savings applies to “regular season” Tire Rack SCCA ProSolo Series events, of which 10 are planned for 2023.
To receive the $20 entry discount, SuperPass holders must register during the reserved SuperPass sign-up period. That special Tier 1 window opens on Wednesdays at 3 p.m. Central Time exactly seven weeks prior to each Tire Rack SCCA ProSolo Series date. Tier 1 registration period closes after one week, and SuperPass holders will not receive preferred treatment after Tier 1 registration ends.
An additional benefit awarded SuperPass holders are four free Practice Start tickets for each ProSolo in which they are registered. They also receive a unique ProSolo SuperPass SCCA membership card and lanyard.
ProSolo SuperPass sales will be conducted through the SCCA Member Account Portal. Only one SuperPass is available per member, and purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable — which goes for the perks, too.
Finalized rules for the 2023 Tire Rack SCCA ProSolo Series will be available in the coming weeks.
