6:15 – 7:00 PM              Dinner and Meeting (Annual review of programs)

7:00 PM                            Deadline for all mail and hand carried election ballots

7:15 – 8:30 PM              Kart Racing

8:30 – 9:00 PM              Trophy Presentation and Election Results Announced

Race Format

• Three Race Championship format
• Two Qualifying Races per person
• Top 10 Qualifiers to Championship Race
• Consolation races for all other participants
• Championship Trophy (by Boss Pro) and Summit Gift Card prizes
