This will take place at the City of Eastlake lot near the corner of Vine Street and SOM Center Road, across from Classic Park. Entry is capped at 40 participants to allow for a significant number of runs for each driver.
A minor taking part in an SCCA event as a competitor, on track participant, or volunteer or worker with access to restricted (hot) areas must have an Annual Minor Waiver on file for the calendar year. For more information, see Digital Annual Waiver Instructions.pdf.

Participants will be allowed to go off-site for lunch. There are several restaurants nearby, including Culver’s next door. The timing of lunch break will be communicated at the event. Autocross is an all-day event. Please plan accordingly.

| 8:00AM | Course open for walking |
| 8:30AM | Novice walk (guided course tour) |
| 9:00AM | Driver’s Meeting and work assignments given. Attendees split into two groups. Group A drives while Group B works the course, and vice versa. |
| 9:30AM | First car on course for Heat 1 with Group A driving, followed by Heat 2 with Group B driving. |
| After final run from Heats 1 & 2 | Break for lunch. Duration varies, but usually 60 minutes. |
| After lunch | Repeat – First car on course for Heat 1 with Group A driving, followed by Heat 2 with Group B driving. |
| After final run | Course breakdown, results will be online. |
