The tradition of speed continues. NeOhio and Steel Cities Regions, SCCA are joining forces to host the highly anticipated Cumberland Race Weekend. From August 27 to August 30, Ohio’s legendary Nelson Ledges Road Course will transform into a battleground for precision driving, wheel-to-wheel racing, and high-speed time attacks.

Whether you are looking to earn your competition license, fine-tune your race car, or chase a podium finish, this action-packed four-day event has something for every motorsports enthusiast.

The Cumberland Race Weekend features a diverse lineup of events designed for drivers of all experience levels:

• SCCA Driver’s School (Thursday and Friday): Kickstart your racing journey. This school provides aspiring racers with classroom instruction and vital on-track experience to earn their SCCA competition license.
• Test and Tune (Friday Afternoon): Get your car dialed in. Drivers can utilize open track time to test setups, scrub tires, and master the nuances of Nelson Ledges.
• Double Divisional Road Race (Saturday and Sunday): The main event. Watch or compete in intense, wheel-to-wheel action as top drivers from both regions fight for critical region and divisional points.
• Time Trial: Driver vs. clock. Perfect for those who want to push their street or track cars to the absolute absolute limit in a safe, competitive environment.
