Do you worry about your teenage driver?
The Tire Rack Street Survival® Program is meant for you!
Motor vehicle accidents are the number one cause of death for teenagers in the US. In fact, more teens die as a result of motor vehicle crashes than from drugs, guns and violent crime combined.
The Tire Rack Street Survival® program is a teen safe driving program designed to go beyond driver’s education and give young drivers the hands-on experience and tools to become safer, smarter drivers.
The program provides:
Trained, qualified in-car driving instructors and classroom educational experience for each student
Hands-on educational driving experience in real-world situations teaching car safety and control in your own vehicle
Challenging driving situations, including skid control and emergency lane change on closed courses allowing students to experience abnormal vehicle behavior in a safe and supervised environment
A greater sense of awareness regarding sharing the road with other vehicles and focusing on controlling the student’s own vehicle
Neohio Sports Car Club of America is bringing this program to Northeast Ohio twice in 2026:
July 25 th at Lorain County Community College from 8 AM to 4 PM
October 31 st at DriveTeam in Peninsula from 8 AM to 4 PM
The registration fee is $175 and includes continental breakfast and lunch.
The program is open to drivers 15 years old through college on a learner’s permit or a regular driver’s license.
